Building AI-powered financial infrastructure, including a WhatsApp-native experience, so people can manage, move and spend digital assets without the usual crypto friction.

Xpend sits at the intersection of AI agents, payment systems and digital assets. The product side is simplicity: spend crypto like cash in interfaces people already use. The engineering side is reliability, provider routing, and controlled financial autonomy.

I'm Onyebuchi Okonkwo. Most people online know me as Flair Buchi.

I'm a technical founder and builder from Nigeria. I've spent years working across full-stack engineering, blockchain, fintech, infrastructure and product, not as a collection of job titles, but as one continuous practice of shipping systems that have to work.

Today I'm building at JustXpend AI, where we're working on AI-powered financial infrastructure and agents that can take action on behalf of users. The interesting problem is controlled autonomy: how software can move money without being handed unrestricted control over it.
